Welcome to TalaFolk. By downloading, accessing, or using the TalaFolk app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the service
TalaFolk is a language-learning app that presents short beginner-level news articles to read aloud, together with pronunciation feedback, translation help, and guided conversation. The Service and all content in it are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use.
2. Your account and responsibility
- You must be old enough to use the Service under the law of your country.
- You are responsible for any information you choose to provide, and for your use of the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
3. Content and intellectual property
The TalaFolk name, logo, app, and all content within the app, including articles, text, and the distinctive "newspaper" design, are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, redistribute, or reproduce the Service's content for any commercial purpose.
